Get more sleep

Getting a full eight hours of sleep is a mere dream for many of us who are juggling schedules of our children’s activities along with a full load of work and life responsibilities. Our own Pete Clancy hopes to find better balance and make catching a few extra zzz’s a priority in the coming year. “I’m still more of a night owl than I should be.
