closerlook now partnering with Veeva to improve the HCP customer experience across marketing and sales

closerlook, inc. has teamed up with Veeva, a leader in cloud-based software for the global life sciences industry. Named to the Web Content Provider program, closerlook has “all the tools necessary to build content for iRep and Approved Email, including documentation, training, technical support and optional access to development environments for testing.”

Michael Tapson, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at closerlook, commented on the partnership. “We are now a Veeva-approved content provider contributing interactive sales aids and other content for healthcare professionals (HCPs). But we’re not simply focused on content. We have the expertise to directly integrate our data into the Veeva platform,” Tapson said.

“We are also sharing customer data from our clients’ relationship marketing programs with Sales Representatives via iRep. We strive for this data to be insightful; often that means providing helpful context for the data being shared or summarizing data in a relevant way.”
